The idea of routine is a pretty simple one. Our day consists of the same activities, but at different frequencies. Most of us have a routine, but it can be one of the most difficult habits that a person must overcome. Our daily routines can be so difficult because they are so familiar. They are habits that we all have to work on, and to overcome them takes a lot of effort and consistency.
This habit of mine is called “the study routine.” It involves me doing the same thing each day for the same amount of time. It is not something that I plan on doing, but I love it. It is one of those things that you get into the habit of doing and you don’t even know why you are doing it.

A lot of people are very good at this habit because they know what they want to do and they also know how to do it. They just need to figure out how to apply that to their lives. So, if you get a little mental exercise like a little mind-body-activity, then you’re going to be able to, for example, work out some brain-work at the gym or do some sort of exercise at the gym. And if you’re going to do some brain-work for a little mental exercise like a little mental exercise, then you’ve got to get it right.
