There is no such thing as language competence. The idea is to be able to speak and understand the language of your choice. In other words, if you can’t speak French, you should not be driving a car or playing a video game.

There are a lot of people who have trouble with English, because they get so many words wrong. I’ve seen many cases of this where a person is speaking English in a foreign country and they say “Can I buy you a drink?” and the person says “Uh, I’d like a beer, please.” And they say “Can I borrow your phone? You don’t have to, but please…” And then they say “But you can’t speak French.

This is a common problem. While it might be great to be able to speak perfect English all the time, it is very unlikely that you can do so anywhere. If you are getting a car stuck in a ditch or a passenger in your car who can’t speak your language, you are probably in more danger than you think.

The first step of language competence is to get a language test. Language tests are great for this because they are a clear indication you understand enough about a language or dialect to be able to function effectively. It is also a good way to get to know your own language and culture.

Language tests are a great way to learn your own language. However, it is important to remember that we’re talking about your native tongue. Since you know it and I know it, it is important to use the language with a native speaker. A good way to do this is to learn your own language from a native speaker and then use it in your own language.

I am not saying that you have to learn the language of your country. But if you are going to do something that requires this knowledge, be sure you know it.

Again, this is not to say that you can’t learn a language fluently if you want to. Many people do just fine. But if you want to learn a lingua franca from another country, it is important to know the language. I was in India for a while and I learned a lot of Indian. I also learned a lot of Hindi. And then I learned Spanish.
