This is where we get into some deep philosophical territory. It seems to me that there is a lot of confusion (and a lot of people who aren’t aware of it) about the relationship between our “awareness” and our “self-awareness.” We can think about our self-awareness in terms of how often we self-reflect.

So if you think of yourself as a self-aware person, you probably think of yourself as a B. You might think you need to be self-aware, but you probably aren’t. The point is that being self-aware is something that you do, but it is not something that you are. A self-aware person knows themselves quite well. They are aware of their own personality traits, and they know that they are good people.
Our theory is that as a self-aware person, you are aware of yourself and the car in front of you. Because you are your own person, you are aware of other people and the world around you. You are aware of your surroundings and your environment. So you might think you need to self-aware, but you probably don’t, and that’s okay.
Well that might be part of the reason, but it doesn’t explain why you spend more time in your own communication and social interactions. Think about it. You spend a lot of time in communication with your friends and family. You are talking to them every day. You are texting them every day, and you are having regular conversations with them through email, Skype, or instant messaging. You are meeting up with them for dinner, for a movie, and so on.
The fact that you spend more time in communications than in any other activity is because you are a person who wants to communicate. You are interested in communication because it is the primary way you interact with your friends and family. So in the first place you are interested in communication because you are interested in communication. And in the second place, you are interested in communicating because you are interested in communication.
